Individual Counseling

Standard Session: 60 minutes: $180

This work is geared towards individuals 18 years old and up who want identify and understand their stuck points. Our initial consultation will be 60 minutes and will allow me to learn more about you and your timeline. Subsequent sessions will move to the standard 50 minutes unless together we need to modify this plan. I utilize a lens commonly referred to as IFS or Internal Family Systems, that supports clients by identifying their many “Parts” and how they came to be. Individual work may include a combination of identifying trauma(s), learning about your values, and understanding ways in which you attach to others in both conflict and intimacy. Individual work can be done both virtually, in-person, or in the park!

Relationship Counseling

Standard Session: 60 minutes $195

This work is geared towards individuals who want to focus on patterns, conflict, transitions, or ruptures within the relationship. Similar to individual work, I utilize a lens called Internal Family Systems (IFS) which allows me to learn more about your relationship by identifying “parts” that are feeling stuck with a partner(s) and how those parts show up within the relationship. Our first session is 75 minutes where an in-depth interview is held and subsequent sessions will be 60-minutes. There may be sessions where we will meet 1:1 in order for me to gain clarity, insight, and deliver a broad overview to the intricacies of your relationship.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Standard Session: 60 minutes $100

This is for individuals who are working towards their PLPC in the state of Missouri. Similar to individual work, I am Internal Family Systems level 2 trained through the IFS Institute and have advanced training with Intimacy From The Inside Out (IFIO) working with neurodiverse partners and individuals. These specific trainings are conducive to my knowledge paired with my passion for community and mentorship. Within your supervision we will meet weekly, develop your professional identity and brand, refine your clinical skills, have the option to see Clients within community at The Well STL—A collaborative co working space for therapists!

Scholarship Availability

I believe counseling services should be accessible to all individuals. For this reason, I do have a limited amount of scholarship spots available upon request. Please note these are prioritized for marginalized populations and once full a waitlist will be created.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges for a service.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 368-1019
